The global launch of RINVOQ in AD is a triumphant, monumental first. A new indication for an already well-known treatment. So how do we announce and commemorate this paradigm shift in the treatment of atopic dermatitis (eczema)? We celebrate the ambition, mastery and excellence that brought us to this moment in AD history with a trio of global events designed to excite, engage and educate a global sales team with a complete understanding of what this means for patients.
“The Trilogy,” a narrative arc centered around this theme of "a force creating AD history." Three creative presentations connected the three key conferences, offering education and excitement about the RINVOQ process and launch to the Global RINVOQ team.
First, The 1mmunology Forum was “A Force United,” with heroes, icons and visionaries from the past and the present coming together in a momentous opening, yet always keeping our patient north star top of mind as we make history together.
Then, Train the Trainer created “A Force Prepared,” disrupting standards of care and evolving best practices by employing the support of a panel of outside experts, educating and encouraging us to be the heroes we know we can be.
“A Force Unleashed,” with guest speaker Usain Bolt, an eight-time Olympic gold medalist, who imparted wisdom, celebrated with us, and encouraged us to take all we’ve learned and set out to make RINVOQ in AD known around the world.
Eblasts and push notifications helped build and maintain the excitement around these events while keeping employees in the loop about the details.
Since Heroes and Icons was the main theme, event guests all received Heroes and Icons trivia cards to play along with a brief trivia break in event line up.
Usain Bolt joined us for the last day to talk about what it means to be the first and the best and overcoming challenges along the way. I didn’t get to speak to him other than saying, “James Jordan, Associate Creative Director.” But in my heart, that still counts as talking to Usain Bolt.
